This tip is so simple yet so overlooked. I know you feel like you want to just get the reps done as fast as possible, but as they say - slow is smooth, smooth is fast! Rushing your HSPU reps - if you’re not proficient- often ends up in no reps and falling off the wall. Take a second at the bottom to reload your kip and direct your feet more accurately; up and back towards the wall. Focus on the timing and your reps will flow more effortlessly. | WODprep

This is my favorite method for learning TTB - I find that people have much more success using this technique over the straight leg variation. Especially if you've been scaling to knee raises until now! Really we're just adding in a 'flick' to our 'tuck' so that's what you want to practice.
