Zach Odom of Morrison, Tenn., works a full-time job off the farm and then spends most weekends and a lot of weekday evenings in the woods logging with his mules. He's also busy on social media answering people's questions and giving advice when asked. Quick to point to the mentors who taught him what he knows about logging and working with mules, Zach says he likes to pay it forward.
