Toronto police responded to the report of a person with a knife in the area of Davenport Rd where they located a man with a knife. They took him into custody at approximately 10:25pm on October 15th. A woman was later located with stab wounds inside a home on Chambers Avenue. She was pronounced at the scene. The victim has been identified as Ana Paula Kitterhing De Sousa, 57, of Toronto.
