Exercise of the day! This exercise is fantastic for improving your stride! It forces you to lift your legs high, and helps with core strength which, in turn, improves stability and balance. If you have a hard time getting the ball under your legs, you can lift you can start by just tapping your knee with the ball. Don’t have a ball?
