Same plan, different view, $300k net. When we start getting a lot set up to build, we double and triple check our views are perfect. Here’s the thing, if you want a home to sell quickly, it’s not just the floor plan. You want a great view too. Make sure you spend a few minutes LOOKING at the surroundings before you put the pad down so you’re not sitting on a beautiful home for months because you missed the views.
