Hip ER: Butterfly 4/4, Butterfly stretching is another way to lengthen the inner thighs, although it’s only usually done in flexion while sitting upright and never in relative hip extension while laying on your back. I’m a fan of doing this as a loaded stretch and using either dumbbells, kettlebells or weight plates to do so.
