Ham and Cheese Quiche Super easy and kind of like breakfast for dinner! Ingredients: Deep dish pie crust 1/2 onion, diced 4 eggs, beaten 1 cup half and half 1 1/2 cup ham 1 cup shredded Swiss 1 cup shredded cheddar 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper Chopped chives (optional) Directions: Cook onion until soft and lightly browned In a large bowl, wish eggs. Add half and half and whisk together. Stir in the cheddar and swiss, cooked onion and salt and pepper Pour mixture into crust Sprinkle a little extra
