A video of the moment when wildfires first gripped homes in Eaton has now emerged. Jeffrey Ku and his wife were forced to run for life as the fires spread and skies turned red in just 34 minutes. The Eaton fire is now the most destructive one in Southern California's history. The total area burned by the Palisades, Eaton and Hurst fires is about 60 square miles, an area larger than Paris.
