Kermit was born a little different. He has Swimmers Syndrome, which made it hard for him to stand and walk as a puppy. He was found abandoned in a field, came to our rescue, and fought through challenges most dogs never face. His spirit never dimmed. Kermit is 1 years old now, and has been with us for almost his whole life. He is happy, playful, silly, and full of love. Kermit doesn’t know he is “disabled.” He only knows how to love, how to show up, and how to be joyful in every little moment. D
