🔹 Scanning tip for Infrainguinal approach to Fascia Iliaca Block: 1. Place the transducer in a transverse orientation at the femoral crease. 2. Identify the femoral artery, vein, femoral nerve, the iliopsoas muscle, and fascia iliaca which covers the nerve and the iliacus muscle. 3.
