These are my favorite canning resource books. My absolute favorite being the ball blue book of canning and preserving. Don’t count out using your canner manuals for recipes! I probably use my presto canner manual more than any other resource to be honest. I also got some free canning books from my university extensions office when I attended the state fair last year.
