Thanks to a tip from SMS Railway, the Nevada Northern Railway was able to purchase a Baldwin Diesel Locomotive VO Prime Mover that was built in 1945. The pride and joy of the Nevada Northern Railway is Locomotive 40. She was built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works in July 1910 to haul the passenger trains of the railroad.
