The Colorado State Capitol Building, located at 200 East Colfax Avenue in Denver, Colorado, United States, is the home of the Colorado General Assembly and the offices of the Governor of Colorado, Lieutenant Governor of Colorado, and the Colorado State Treasurer.

The Capitol is the eastern edge of Denver's Civic Center, and is part of the national historic landmark. It serves as the beginning of the Capitol Hill District, sitting slightly higher than the rest of downtown Denver.

The Capitol building houses the Senate, the House of Representatives, the Office of the Governor, the Office of the Lieutenant Governor, and the Department of the Treasury. The elected officials in the building work to make laws and administer state government.

The Capitol is open Monday-Friday, 7:30-5:00. The Visitor Information Desk is open Monday-Friday, 9:00-4:00. Free guided tours are available Monday through Friday, on the hour between 10:00am-3:00pm.
