The Bremond Block Historic District is only 4 blocks from the Texas state capitol. The district is bordered by West Seventh, West Eighth, Guadalupe and San Antonio streets. It has of many beautiful historical houses dated from 1850s to 1910. Most of the homes are now businesses, mostly lawyers and accountants. The homes are not open for tours.
