Epping Forest District Council is seeking an interim injunction stopping migrants from being housed at the Bell Hotel in Epping, Essex.

The piece, titled BUTCHERED, was conceived specially for the protest on the Skiff platform, 45 nautical miles off the Norfolk coast.
