Police and Village of Port Chester officials say Tania Lopez, 16, died as a result of a crash Saturday evening on Westchester Avenue.

A car crashed into the Montefiore Medical Group Urgent Care in Yonkers around 9:30 a.m. Tuesday. Police say the driver may have suffered a medical episode before the crash at 1010 Central Park Ave.
