Alphabet’s Google on Thursday failed to persuade a U.S. appeals panel to overturn a jury verdict and federal court order requiring the technology giant to revamp its app store Play. The San Francisco-based 9th U.

The Epic Games Store on Android maintains your persistent status in games across platforms, and earlier this year, the company brought its weekly free games program to the mobile stores, too. It also has other Epic games, like Fall Guys and Rocket League Sideswipe.

The court rejected Google’s argument that the trial judge made legal errors in the antitrust case that unfairly favored Epic Games.
