The Denver Broncos starting offense got their first touchdown of the preseason, from quarterback Bo Nix to wide receiver Courtland Sutton, putting the Broncos up 10-6 over the New Orleans Saints. The offense had a rough first drive, going three-and-out, before finally getting a field goal on their second time down the field.

Cranky Sean Payton: At no point, on any early pan to Payton on the sidelines on 9News’ broadcast of Broncos-Saints, did the man look happy. For good reason. The Broncos’ first-team offense looked bad, again, for a couple of drives. Payton smoldered.
