Two people died in an early morning house fire in Denver. Crews arrived at the fire at Dakota Avenue and Niagara Street just before 5 a.m. Wednesday. When they arrived, they found heavy smoke coming from the home. Two victims were rescued from the home, and a short time later, crews confirmed they did not survive.

Wisconsin authorities said Audrey Backeberg, who went missing more than 60 years ago, was recently found "alive and well." The fire happened at a home near East Dakota Avenue and South Niagara Street in Denver.
