I didn't know where to write this, but I'll write it here. I've recently did a fresh reinstall of my Operating System and since then, I have this issue where performance is, um... not so great. Back ...

A placeholder icon (not clickable) appears instead of the systray. Nautilus plugin file overlays don't appear. After logging out/locking the screen and logging in again, everything works as expected.
