A person was struck by a SEPTA Media/Wawa line train between the Fernwood-Yeadon and Angora stations, officials said.

SEPTA’s Media/Wawa Line is suspended until further notice after a person was struck by a train between Delaware County and the Southwest Philadelphia area.

The resident was unharmed. The Blue Bell Inn suffered an estimated $300,000 worth of damage as a result of the crash, according to the NTBS report. SEPTA incurred about $500,000 in equipment damage.
