U.S. stocks were edging lower on Friday, as investors waited on a monthly jobs number that could help determine if the Federal Reserve has any scope to cut interest rates this year.
In Europe, the Stoxx Europe 600 gained 0.1% in morning trading. Iveco Group added 15% and Sweco Series B rose 9.6%. On the other hand, Saab AB Series B dropped 5.2%, and Yara International lost 4.8%.
