Donald Trump looks set to hold a UFC event at the White House in 2026, in part thanks to the U.S. President's relationship with the organization and Dana White

The president announced plans to bring the octagon right to the White House in celebration of the country's 250th anniversary.

A UFC spokesperson confirmed to The Athletic 's Mark Puleo on Friday that plans are in motion for a UFC fight to take place at the White House as part of the United States’ 250th birthday celebration in 2026. The news follows President Donald Trump’s public announcement of the idea during a speech in Iowa on Thursday.
