A Saint Charles man accused of killing a woman in a drunk driving crash pleaded no contest to charges Thursday in Saginaw County Circuit Court.

Hughes pleaded guilty to possession with the intent to deliver cocaine. U.S. District Court Judge Thomas L. Ludington handed down a sentence of 151 months, or about 12.5 years in prison.
