Bryan Kohberger, who was convicted of brutally stabbing four University of Idaho students to death, is reportedly having a tough time behind bars.

Kohberger, 30, called his mother, Maryann Kohberger, at 6:17 a.m. on Nov. 13, 2022, when arriving at his Washington State University campus home after the quadruple killing.

In interviews and records obtained by the Idaho Statesman, police detailed the investigative work needed to see the case through to its end.
