Turner-Smith accuses Jackson of refusing to comply with an agreement reached in May 2024, and that was signed by the court, which allowed her to pick Juno’s school for the 2025/2026 academic year.

They finalized their divorce last month. Turner-Smith and Jackson met at his birthday party in 2018 and secretly got engaged less than a year later. The pair tied the knot in December 2019.
