Dollar General recalls instant coffee products over possible glass pieces in grounds

Dollar General issued a voluntary recall of instant coffee sold in its stores across the country over potential glass contamination that was flagged by a customer.

If you purchased recalled coffee, the FDA encourages you to discard it and contact Dollar General to request a full refund. You can do so either via email at [email protected] or by phone at 1-888-309-9030 from 6 a.m. to 1 a.m. CST, seven days a week.

Dollar General recalls coffee sold in 47 states over injury concerns

The coffee was sold in 47 states and Puerto Rico between July 9 and July 21. Dollar General didn't say how many containers were included in the three lots of coffee that were distributed, or how many were sold before the recall went out.
