HOBOKEN, NJ — A 27-story residential tower is set to rise near the Hoboken train tracks over the next several years, to be built in a public-private partnership with the city and NJ Transit.

The developers behind a 30-story, $145 million apartment tower at a prominent intersection in the Central West End say construction on the project, first unveiled in 2022, will begin this summer.
