Nearly 100 firefighters responded to an apartment fire Thursday afternoon at a building in the 400 block of east 9th Street.
Officials have not publicly identified the three fatalities, but friends and family have named them as Marisol Pérez, her son Erik Pérez Jr., and Dallas County advocate Sylvia Collins.
