The Portsmouth Powerboat Association presents Powerboats at the Park Saturday and Sunday at Portsmouth City Park.

The boat was docked off Pier 1—at East 26th Street and Emmons Avenue in Sheepshead Bay—when it started taking on water around 9:30 p.m.
