A 60-year-old man died after a golf cart he was driving toppled through a frozen lake in Indiana, authorities say. First responders were dispatched to Glenn Flint Lake in Putman County on Sunday, Jan. 26, for a report of a golf cart breaking through the ice, according to an Indiana Department of Natural Resources news release.
