RALEIGH — The University of North Carolina System surpassed 260,000 students across the state this year, a new record.

The University of North Carolina Board of Governors will meet in regular session at 10 a.m., on Thursday, Sept. 17, 2026, in the Board Room (17th Floor) at 223 S. West St., Suite 1800 in Raleigh.
