Sean 'Diddy' Combs has been sued by two women who claimed they were raped at Trump Hotel in New York City by the mogul and his associates in the late '90s.

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs was arrested back in September 2024 and has been in jail ever since. But Diddy was reportedly taken to the hospital in late January.

In two new Jane Doe lawsuits, the women describe strikingly similar sexual assaults at the Manhattan hotel in the 1990s.

Combs is currently in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn as he awaits trial on federal sex crime charges.

Attorney Tony Buzbee filed the suit in New York earlier today on behalf of a John Doe who alleged assault from an incident that took place in 2015. Buzbee has been behind a substantial number of suits brought against Combs over the past year, including one that named Jay-Z as an additional defendant.
