Michelle Obama is getting candid about her marriage to former president Barack Obama. The former First Lady appeared on the March 20 episode of Kylie Kelce’s “Not Gonna Lie” podcast. During their conversation, Obama revealed that her husband at one point suggested the idea of a third child.

“I was in a deep deficit with my wife,” Obama admitted in a conversation with Hamilton College President Steven Tepper Thursday. “So I have been trying to dig myself out of that hole by doing occasionally fun things,” the former president added. He has previously hinted at the impact his presidency had on his relationship with Michelle.
