Flooding sent chunks of ice into Michigan homes this week after record snowfall melt and rounds of heavy rain created flooding around the Great Lakes.

A freeze warning is in effect for southeast Michigan until Monday night, with temperatures as low as 23 degrees. Flood warnings continue across other parts of the state.
The lift station prompted a notice to some residents on Cadillac's west side to temporarily limit or stop sanitary sewer usage.
