“Fast,” like the rest of the new album, was produced by Zhone, who’s previously collaborated with the likes of Kylie Minogue, Kesha, and Troye Sivan. In his view, Lovato is "a master in the studio." “This album is about letting inhibitions go, and we had so much fun making this music,” he told Rolling Stone. "It really comes across throughout.”
