Muslims are just days away from one of the biggest celebrations in the Islamic calendar – Eid al-Fitr. After a month of fasting during daylight hours for Ramadan, the festival is a joyous event to break the fast.

Eid al-Fitr 2025 is expected to be celebrated onSunday, March 30, or Monday, March 31, depending on when the new crescent moon is sighted, according to UK-based Islamic charity organization, Islamic Relief. The festival is celebrated over the first three days of Shawwāl, the 10th month of the Islamic calendar.
