4 shot in West Philadelphia, police investigating
Police are investigating after four people were shot Tuesday in West Philadelphia.
Authorities believe the group on bicycles may have been recording a video when the gunfire erupted. Inspector Pace said investigators are also working to determine whether road rage played a role in the incident.
