A PS3 emulator called aPS3e can run on an Android device and is free on the Google Play Store.

The aPS3e PS3 emulator and its developer have disappeared from GitHub, possibly because of copyright and licensing issues.

There is no real emulation solution for the PS3, PS4, or PS5 on Android. There is a legitimate PS3 emulator available for Windows/Linux, but it has no official Android port.

Over the past week or so, there's been a flurry of updates with PS3 emulation on Android. Hopefully, this is just the beginning of something incredible.
