Daniel Van Voorhis of Fishkill, Dutchess County, claimed the $2 million second prize on the New York Lottery’s Mega Millions game, according to officials. Van Voorhis matched the first five numbers drawn on Jan. 23. The winning numbers were: 30, 42, 49, 53, 66 and Mega Ball 04.

In the drawing on Saturday, there were no winners in Powerball in NY or across the country. Therefore, the jackpot is raised even higher to an estimated $231 million before the next draw, creating another opportunity for players to get excited about.

The winning numbers in Tuesday's drawing of the "New York Take 5" game were: 13, 27, 34, 37, 38 (thirteen, twenty-seven, thirty-four, thirty-seven, thirty-eight)
