The Text Direction feature in PowerPoint changes the orientation of the text to various positions such as Horizontal, Stacked, Rotate all text 90 degrees, and Rotate all text 270 degrees.

Select the desired rotation angle from the new option window in the upper right corner of the properties screen. You can rotate 90, 180 or 270 degrees.

Click "Rotate Left" or "Rotate Right" to rotate the clip 90 degrees to the left or to the right; alternatively, click and drag the underlined rotation value to set it to a degree of your choice.
