The open house will happen after a seven-year renovation project. It will be the first opportunity for the general public to see inside the historic, landmark temple in 134 years.

President Russell M. Nelson announced Friday that a public open house for the historic Salt Lake Temple will be held for the first time in 134 years and it will last for six months.
