Soon, you may not need a label or a box when you're trying to return something at FedEx. The company is working with Happy Returns, an e-commerce return technology company.

FedEx launched Easy Returns, a box-free, label-free return service. Available at 3,000 locations, including FedEx Office and Kohl’s, with plans to expand.

According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the box truck was traveling eastbound on U.S. 57 at approximately 8 p.m. CDT, about nine miles from Eagle Pass, KABB-TV reported.

The ruse came to light when people started finding FedEx boxes in the woods and beside the road at multiple locations near Bonifay, the Holmes County Sheriff’s Office said in a Dec. 21 news release.
