The Trump administration is offering a second round of buyouts to National Park Service employees under yet another deferred resignation program, according to an internal memo the National Parks Conservation Association obtained and shared with SFGATE.

An image of and quote from Harriet Tubman have been removed from a National Parks webpage about the “Underground Railroad,” following several prominent changes to government websites under the Trump administration.

The National Park Service on Friday opened another window for federal employees to resign now but remain on the payroll through September.
