COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) - The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office said a cleanup of homeless encampments occurred on Tuesday. The homeless encampments were located just north of the Woodmen Road exit along I-25. They said the encampment had been a persistent concern for the surrounding community, affecting residents in the area.
