After the former "Real Housewives" star petitioned the court earlier this week, claiming that Phypers had stolen her computer and "disseminated private information, including nude photographs" to "various news organizations," Judge Nicole Bershon demanded he return the device within 48 hours.

Richards wants Phypers to “return to [her] all pictures, recordings and cell phones of [hers],” per court documents.

In a statement to PEOPLE, Denise Richards’ lawyer slammed her estranged husband Aaron Phypers after he accused her of cheating and physical abuse. Her attorney claims Phypers has “continued to harass Ms.
