Spain's antitrust probe into the App Store is expanding in scope to consider if Apple restricts competition between developers using a pricing schedule.

Spain's antitrust regulator said on Tuesday it was expanding its investigation into possible anti-competitive behaviour by Apple for allegedly imposing unequal commercial conditions on developers of mobile applications sold at its app marketplace.

The update remove the 12+ and 17+ age ranges and adds three new ones. Developers are also expected to fill out a new questionnaire about the content of their apps.
