I was looking forward to this visit but it was difficult to enjoy it as it was so crowded. It difficult to stand back and try to take in the architecture when surrounded by people doing selfies.Full review by Jackie M

We want to go to the palace tomorrow but all tickets online sold out. We could go at 9am and queue as we are staying near it - has anyone else done this managed to get entry that way?

We queued for tickets last week. I arrived at 7.45 and the queue was already half way round the square, people at the front of the queue had been there since 7, I finally managed to purchase my tickets at 11am. We were told there were 450 tickets available for on the day, these were timed slots throughout the day. You need ID for everyone you’re buying a ticket for (photos were fine) and they only accept card payments.
We’re visiting Seville tomorrow and haven’t pre-booked tickets. As they’re sold out online, how early should I get to the ticket office? The website mentions it opens at 9am. Didn’t realise it would be so busy in October! Thanks.
