Forest Hill Pools is located just a short walk from Forest Hill train station and the red-brick, Victorian-style building is a reminder of the original swimming pool built in the area in 1884. The current site has an added modern structure for a light and airy atmosphere and offers a wide range of health and fitness activities to the local community, for all ages and abilities. Working in partnership with Lewisham Council our 35 station gym is located on the first floor with cardio machines, free weights and weight machines. Our two dedicated fitness studios run 40+ fitness classes per week; from Group Cycle to Water Workout. The six-lane, 25m swimming pool suits both fitness and recreational swimmers. Plus much more.
