We are privileged to have a dedicated, talented and experienced team of over 300 staff who work closely with each student to develop their skills, talents and abilities to the full. In addition to developing enquiring and receptive minds, we give students a sense of belonging, pride and above all a feeling of community. Staff and students work in partnership at Minsthorpe, giving our students clear aims for their journey with us, where our students thrive on our positive behaviour system.
